The Olympic Village ran out of condoms in just three days.

Yes, you read that right. Despite being world-class athletes at the peak of human performance, the 2,800 competitors in Italy managed to burn through a “strategic stock” of 10,000 condoms faster than a downhill skier on fresh powder. IOC spokesperson Mark Adams quipped,

“Valentine’s Day is in full swing in the village… You can go figure.”
